- Every 10 minutes of activity = 5 yards
- Every 2500 steps = 2 yards
- Every 8oz of water = 2 yards (1 water bottle = 4 yards)
- QB Sneak Bonus Play of the Week = 10 yards
- Audible Pick Play= 3 yards per daily pick
