How to earn weekly exercise yards:

  • Every 10 minutes of activity = 5 yards
  • Every 2500 steps = 2 yards
  • Every 8oz of water = 2 yards (1 water bottle = 4 yards)
  • QB Sneak Bonus Play of the Week = 10 yards
  • Audible Pick Play= 3 yards per daily pick
