What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment on purpose, without making judgment about what we notice. Many of us may not know exactly what it is, let alone how to cultivate it.

The practice of mindfulness has been linked to happiness, health, and psychological well-being including healthier stress, improved focus, concentration and memory, increased vitality and energy.
