Jump start your new year by adding a weekly health tip and functional exercise into your routine.
Your coaches continue to be hard at work creating fun new challenges to help keep you engaged and educated in all things health related.
For this month's challenge, participants can follow the exercises posted on the My Wellness website. Try to execute these exercises either on your own or incorporate them into your current fitness plan. Also posted with each week's movements, will be a wellness tip to help start your 2020 goals off right.
