- Partner Push Up Clap (10 reps)
- Wheelbarrow Walk (30 feet)
- Wheelbarrow Squat (10 reps)
- Partner Leg Press (10 reps)
- Plank Hold w/ Lateral Hops (10 reps/side)
- Partner Single Leg V-Ups (10 reps/side)
- Leg Raises Throwdown (5 reps/directions)
- Partner Hamstring Curl (10 reps)
- Wall Sit Tricep Dips (10 reps)
- Lateral Burpee Hop Over (5 reps/directions)
